3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC Machining
For manual machining, we use a Sharp LMV-50 3 HP Vertical Milling Machine.
For CNC machining, we use Haas DM-2 Vertical Machining Center with Haas TRT160 5th Axis Rotary Table, and 3-axis Haas VF2-SS Vertical Machining Center with 50,000 rpm Air Turbine Spindles.
We have machined parts from aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and stainless steel for the aerospace, defense, firearms, food, industrial, manufacturing recreational and safety sectors. Morningstar has produced part lots as small as 1 to as large as over 20,000 items. Almost every item we use in our manufacturing processes is built and assembled in the USA from American components.
