What We Do

Morningstar CAM Solutions, a leading provider of CAD and CAM software, training, post processors and technical support since 1986. With many years of hands-on experience in manufacturing sector, including owning and operating their own modern machine shop with 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis machining centers, Morningstar is uniquely qualified to assist their clients in simplifying, automating and accelerating their CNC programming processes with HCL CAMWorks software. Morningstar also offers a variety of services to our clients, including reverse engineering, product design, CNC programming, CNC machining and manual machining.
Products

We offer SolidWorks OEM software for solid model design of parts, assemblies and drawings; HCL CAMWorks for programming of all types of CNC machine tools; and CIMCO Edit for editing, simulating and transferring CNC programs.
Training

Morningstar offers CAMWorks training for all skill levels in our classroom, online, or at your site. Our experienced instructors know CNC programming and are ready to help you program smarter and machine faster.
CNC Programming

For CNC programming and machine simulation, we program smarter and machine faster using the industry standard CAMWorks software.
Manual Machining

Our Sharp LMV-50 3 HP Vertical Milling Machine with right angle attachment is used for all secondary manual machining operations.
CNC Machining

We use Haas 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis Vertical Machining Centers with optional 50,000 rpm Air Turbine Spindles for CNC Machining.
