3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC Machining
For manual machining, we use a Sharp LMV-50 3 HP Vertical Milling Machine.
For CNC machining, we use Haas VF3-SSYT Vertical Machining Center with Haas HRT310 4th Axis Rotary Table, Haas DM-2 Vertical Machining Center with Haas TRT100 5th Axis Rotary Table, and 3-axis Haas DM-2 Vertical Machining Center with 50,000 rpm Air Turbine Spindles.
We have machined parts from aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and stainless steel for the aerospace, defense, firearms, food, industrial, manufacturing recreational and safety sectors. Morningstar has produced part lots as small as 1 to as large as over 20,000 items. Almost every item we use in our manufacturing processes is built and assembled in the USA from American components.
