Reverse Engineering
We use the Geomagic Design X Software partnered with a 3D Systems Geomagic Capture Desktop 3D Scanner. We also use other standard measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth mics, radius gauges, etc. when appropriate.
We have reverse engineered items as diverse as plastic molds for food processing, firearm components, safety equipment for emergency vehicles, small prototype soft fishing bait molds, large production soft fishing bait molds and race car components.
We Design Products
For solid model design of parts, assemblies, and drawings, we use the industry standard SolidWorks 3D CAD Design Software. With our decades of experience in manufacturing, we always employ design for manufacturing principles in everything we do.

Programming
For CNC programming and machine simulation, we use the powerfully simple, simply powerful GibbsCAM software. Having been a GibbsCAM reseller for decades before focusing on our machining business, we are well versed in programming 2-axis lathes, 3 to 5-axis mills, 4 to 6-axis mill/turns, multi-task machining centers, Swiss machines, and Wire EDMs.
We have programmed parts from aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and stainless steel for the aerospace, defense, firearms, food, industrial, manufacturing recreational and safety sectors. Even if you do not require our machining services, we still offer programming of your parts and can post process the code required for your CNC machine tools.
